Planning Your Own Cutting Garden

Walk out onto your patio and snip fresh herbs all summer long! A few flowering edibles will make the bowl as beautiful as it is delicious! Then get a few tips on using those herbs from local cookbook author, Suzanne Landry!  All materials provided.

Worm Farming 101

Vermicomposting is HOT right now, and for good reason! Worm farming is easy, takes very little space, and produces some of the most wonderful fertilizer (known as Black GOLD) you'll ever find! Each class member goes home with a starter farm.

Fermentation Class

You've spent the season nurturing your garden; weeding, watering, fertilizing... and now it's starting to pay off! Now comes the time for preserving what you can't pick and eat immediately, and there are lots of fun options... canning, freezing, dehydrating. Have you considered fermenting? Join us for an informative class on lacto-fermentation. It's fun and easy, but most of all, incredibly nutritious and healing for your gut! 

FREE class, need to register! Just show up!
