How to Prune with Confidence

Thursday, April 23rd, 5:30pm

Pruning trees and shrubs can be intimidating. Carol Gamm will help to take some of the uncertainty out of the process.

Plant Your Own Hanging Bag

Tuesday, April 28th, 5:30pm

Our hanging bags are always popular because they are so unique. However, they are not easy to DIY so for the first time ever 20 lucky customers will be able to plant their own small hanging bag during this class! 

Class Limit - 20 people

Registrations will open April 7th.

Thursday 4/30 -OR - Friday 5/1 - both classes start at 5:30

Plant a Hanging Basket

Learn how to plant and care for your own beautiful hanging baskets! Limit one 12" basket per registration.

Please make note of which day you register for. Both classes are identical so don't register twice.

ReWilding!

We are so happy to have Jen "Bugs" Sawyer joining us again to reprise one of our most popular classes. Jen will teach us how to turn our backyards into beautiful pollinator habitats! Jen's photography business, 'Go Hive Yourself LLC,' is a based here in Bend and she allocates a portion of the sales from her sales to purchase wildflower mixes and select plant species to be dispersed throughout Central Oregon communities, free of charge, for rewilding urban landscapes and restoring biodiversity. Jen works with the community in Bend to help restore pollinator habitat & wild spaces for bugs, birds, and everything in between.
This is an information packed class!

Mother's Day

OPEN 10am-4pm on Mother's Day, Sunday 5/10

We've become a family Mother's Day tradition for many! Bring mom out to the farm on Mother's Day between 10am & 4pm because you know what mom really wants... Plants! If you can't make it out, online e-gift certificates are available by clicking HERE, or you can call (541-312-3636) or stop by the farm to purchase a physical gift card.

Memorial Day Weekend

Open all weekend, including Sunday, 10am-4pm.

Planning Your Own Cutting Garden

Wouldn't it be nice to have beautiful fresh cut flowers as close as your own backyard? Learn which flowers are best for a Central Oregon cutting garden. And as a bonus, you’ll attract bees, butterflies, moths, beetles, hummingbirds, and other

Wildflower Seed Bombs

Go home with a couple seed bombs and the ability to make hundreds more on your own to spread in empty lots and barren spaces all over Central Oregon! Materials are provided although we do encourage you to bring your own mixing container.

Build an Herb Bowl

Walk out onto your patio and snip fresh herbs all summer long! A few flowering edibles will make the bowl as beautiful as it is delicious! All materials provided.

Class limit: 15 people

$35 per bowl - 1 bowl per person

Worm Farming 101

Vermicomposting is HOT right now, and for good reason! Worm farming is easy, takes very little space, and produces some of the most wonderful fertilizer (known as Black GOLD) you'll ever find! Each class member goes home with a starter farm.

Class Limit: 15 Poeople

$35 - 1 farm per person

Plant a Succulent Container

Create a beautiful and low maintenance arrangement with hardy succulents planted in beautiful, or whimsical containers! There is a $5 cash refund at class for bringing your own container.

We will be spending the holiday with our family and friends. We will see you again at eh farm on Tuesday, July 7th.
